Personal data are in accordance with section 3 subsection 1 BDSG individual details concerning the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable person. These are e.g. name, address, email address, telephone number and if applicable also the IP address.

Scope of data collection and recording

In principle, it is not required to indicate personal data when somebody visits or uses the OASY web site. But for providing our services offered, we need if necessary your personal data. It applies in the case of sending information material or registering for our seminars or waiting lists. Your personal data will be fundamentally only recorded in order to guarantee the provision of our services or the fulfilment of the contractual agreement. Hereto it can be necessary to transfer your personal data to partner companies in the case of forwarding your seminar registration as well as to companies acting on our behalf for purposes of providing our services or for the fulfilling of the contractual agreement.
When you indicate your e-mail address for subscribing to our seminar  newsletter, your personal data will only be used for internal advertising purposes. We will immediately discontinue sending our seminar news if you cancel this.

Right to information and revocation

We will be pleased to inform you regarding the data stored in relation to your person upon request and free of charge. Furthermore, you have at any time the right to the correction, deletion or blocking of your data.
