The Call charging Solution AlwinPro records any costs in IT and Communication area, enabling transparent and legally data protected Reports about the cost initiator. It completes optimally the Telecommunication Systems of different vendors (Siemens, Alcatel-Lucent and Cisco).
Attending this course, the participant learns to start up and configure the Application Alwin Pro for call charging.

- Installation, Configuration and Connection of the Controlling-Software
- Organigram maintenance
- Evaluation of Charge information
- Data back up

In the end the participants gets a preview about the analysing-tool Anna4. This tool creates reportings about incoming and outgoing calls, waiting times, consulting and so on..

Practical Exercises with all Course Modules are performed on a Siemens HiPath Telecommunication System.

Requirement
Basic knowledge LAN/WAN (TCP/IP)
Basic knowledge in Windows Operating Systems
Basic knowledge in Telecommunication Systems (Since the exercises are performed on Siemens Systems, it would be favourably to be familiar with this Systems)

Learn Goal
After having attended the course, he is able to start up and configure the Applications as Default Solution.
