In this workshop features are trained which are not daily used by a HiPath 3000 technician.
In the beginning th the content will be cleared with the participants and could be:
Setting up a Remote Access for the HiPath 3000
Setting up a multi customer system
The initial set up and upgrade of the HG1500 via V.24
The initial set up and upgrade of the OpenStage IP-devices
This training also focuses on often recurrent customer questions.
These can be:
How will be handled a Boss-Secretary Solution?
Which possibilities are available with the HiPath Call Management?
Which features are available with the Voice mail box?
How are the OpenStage devices used?
etc.
The participant can refresh his knowledge on the basis of customer scenarios and deepen it.
The themes are explained using practical exercises.
This workshop is a practical training adapted specially to the requirements of customer scenarios in the HiPath 3000 area.
Requirement
Basic knowledge of the HiPath 3000 and HG 1500
Experience in TCP/IP networks and Voice over IP
Learn Goal
Target Group
For technicians who do not work daily with HiPath 3000 Systems or whose knowledge is based on an older system version.
Remark
The course requirements have to be fulfilled.
