Requirement

• HiPath4000 Assistant - knowledge of UW7 for HiPath4000 switches (course: Hipath 4000 - Basic course for Service (HIP4BASICS))
  
• Basic knowledge of call detail recording (HIP4DRES)
  
• Basic UNIX knowledge
  
• Windows 2000 knowledge (course: HiPath Windows 2000 Practice for Service Technicians (HIPW2PRAX))

Learn Goal

• The participant is able to
• Install the HiPath4000 Manager software on the released hardware platforms
• Connect the HiPath4000 Manager server to an existing Hipath/Hicom network
• Connect client PCs via LAN to the server, install and configure necessary Windows software on the PC
• Install the individual services and adapt them according to customer requirements
• Understand the functionality and dependencies between the individual services
• Execute data backup and restore data of the system
