This training is a course for service personnel, which does not meet the prerequisites for the webinar or needs deeper knowledge. Course content includes among other things upgrading the systems HiPath 3000 and OpenScape Office, the installation and connection of OpenScape Office V3.2 on a Linux server. Another focus is the UC networking of OpenScape Office HX/LX/MX. After completing the course the participant is able to install and upgrade a system, startup and configure the new features.

Required are good knowledge of HiPath 3000 V8 and OSO HX V2
- HiPath 3000 basic training for Service (HIP3BASICS)
- HiPath 3000 advanced training for Service (HIP3ADVS)
- HiPath HG 1500 basic training for Service (HG15BASS)
- HiPath HG 1500 advanced training for Service (HG15ADVS)
- HiPath 3000 networking (HIPNETWS)
Required are good knowledge of OSO MX V3 and OSO LX V3
Basics of SIP and NAT (HIPSIPEXTS)
SVU (HLMSE) basics and usage of HiPath License management
Windows XP eg. Windows 7
LAN/WAN knowledge (TCP/IP)
Basics of OpenStage HFA and TDM
This training is not suitable for beginners. The course content is based on the differences to HiPath 3000 V8 and OpenScape Office V3 MX / LX. The fulfillment of course requirements is mandatory for successful course participation. The Webinars H39O32BUVS and H39O32NUVS are part of this training.
Learn Goal
The system specialist can upgrade a HiPath 3000 and OpenScape Office MX and LX. Can install the OpenScape Office HX V3.2, startup and configure the new features incl. UC networking and in case of failure to perform diagnoses.
