Requirement

• HiPath 3000 / 4000 (optional OpenScape Voice knowledge), W2003 Server, course HIPW2PRAX (or similar knowledge) and CBT optiClient130.

Learn Goal

• The participant is able to:
• install OpenScape Xpressions Voice
• configure the link to HiPath3000/4000 and OpenScape Voice
• configure the system components for Phonemail and VMS
• carry out the Voice-User administration
• configure full-CTI on the server
• configure voice-/CTI-functions or a client
• perform maintenance- and test procedures
• give the customer a short introduction to the system functions
• solve level 1 errors
