Contents
The course participants learn the installation and configuration of the Contact Center as well as the connection to the HiPath 3000 V8. Customer scenarios will be shown which integrate the functions of the OpenScape Office to a customer solution. The integration of the solution in an Exchange-Server environment will be explained on the basis of practical exercises as well as the Frontend moduls myAgent and myReport.

Learn Goal
After ending of the course the participant is able to set up the automatic control of the phone status from the calendar entries as well as to connet the OpenScape Office Server directly to an Exchange Server.
He is able to install and configurate the OpenScape Office Contact Center as well as to create reports using the myReport engine.

By releasing the modul myReports the OpenScape Office Contact Center has grown up to an integral Callcaenter solution up to 64 Agents and 50 groups.
Functions like Waiting Queues, time tables, VIP-customer support, Skill based Routing, Last connected Agent, emergency concept and more are supported.

This course is complementing the "Hipath 3000 OpenScape Office I" training and is focusing on the connection between OpenScape Office Center and Exchange Server. Another focal point is the integrated Contakt Center with my Agent and myReports.
The course can also attended by participants who have not attended the "HiPath OpenScape Office I" training.

The course can also be conducted on the customer's premises on-site.
