Substantiated knowledge of HiPath 3000/5000:
- HiPath 3000 basic training for Service (HiPath 3000/5000 V7)
- HiPath HG 1500 basic training for Service
- Basic knowledge Xpressions Compact (IVM) V3.0
Basic knowledge of DLS (Deployment Service)
LAN/WAN knowledge (TCP/IP)
Basic knowledge of SIP and NAT (Network Adress Translation)

Learn Goal
The HiPath 3000 system specialist is able to upgrade the system and install the OpenScape Office as well as configurate the new features and perform diagnostics in the case of failure.
